Project description: Dennis McIntire, director of strategic planning for B&B Theaters Operating Co. Inc., said the theater would open with 10 screens, though the property has room for two screens to be built later. He said roughly 30,000 square feet would be devoted to the theater and a connecting strip center would comprise another 8,400 square feet. He said the retail space would be divided based on tenant needs, though there are no commitments to date. He said all of the theater rooms would have stadium seating and feature digital projection. McIntire said five of the auditoriums would be available for 3-D movies. The $2.5 million estimated cost does not include land and equipment, expenses that McIntyre declined to disclose.[[In-content Ad]]
