Project description: The 5,900-square-foot Bauer Orthodontic Clinic, located in the environmentally-friendly TerraGreen Office Park, is designed to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification, said Dr. Patrick Bauer, the clinic’s owner. The building’s energy-saving features include ground-source heating, natural lighting, geothermal heat pumps, sun shades, automated lighting controls and carpet squares made of 100 percent recycled material, Bauer said.
