Project description: Larry Snyder & Co. project manager Kevin Thompson said the stand-alone building is designed for two tenants secured by Jared Enterprises. Construction on the project, which Thompson said did not utilize a civil engineer, began in early October. Jared Enterprises President Curtis Jared said Battlefield Marketplace restaurant The Grotto is slated to relocate to the development and join retailer Joplimo Mattress.
