Project description: This is the second phase of Battlefield Park Apartments. The first phase, completed earlier this year, contains 130 units; the new construction will add 112 more, according to Brent Stevens of H Design Group. The units will be divided among four buildings, two on each side of Sagamont Avenue. Rent for the new apartments, which will run the gamut from studio to four-bedroom units, will range from $400 to $1,000 a month. The first building should be ready for tenants in late spring, according to developer Sam Coryell Sr., with additional buildings opening during the summer.
