Project description: This new apartment complex, owned by Sam Coryell of TLC Properties, contains 130 units, ranging from studio to four-bedroom apartments. Amenities at the six-building complex include laundry facilities, a tness center, swimming pool and on-site ofce. Units range from 500 square feet to 1,450 square feet. Rental rates are between $400 and $800 per month, Coryell said.
