Project description: Andy Ross, project manager with Morelock-Ross Inc., said Great American Taco Co. plans to occupy the ground floor of the two-story building and a second-floor office would be available for lease. The restaurant is a successor to The Springfield Gourmet Taco Co., which is winding down operations at 3120 E. Sunshine St. and changing its name with the move to Battlefield Office Park. Restaurateur Pat Duran is developing the new concept. He also operates Metropolitan Grill down the street in another property owned by Magers Management. Arch Watson of Sperry Van Ness/Rankin Co. is listing the nearly 2,700-square-foot second-floor of Battlefield Office Park for $18 per square foot, or about $4,000 per month.
