Project description: Developer Randy Magers is seeking office tenants, and two undisclosed parties are interested in leasing space in this development, according to property manager Shannon Handwerker of Magers Management Co. The two buildings are each 10,050 square feet, and they have matching footprints. One will be built to suit, and one will be move-in ready and have eight suites, Handwerker said. Lease rates were undisclosed.
