Project description: Bass Litho Color Inc.’s new facility will include a warehouse, printing room and reception area, according to Williams Construction Project Manager David Dixon. The building, near Partnership Industrial Center in northeast Springfield, is metal with a brick front. Bass Litho, owned by Dick Bass, is moving from 6,800 square feet at 3015 E. Cairo St. The company provides print solutions for clients such as theme parks, retailers, advertising agencies and entertainment companies, said Vice President Brian Bass.
