Project description: A new building is in the works to replace an existing branch of the Bank of Billings in Marionville. Federal Construction Inc. is constructing the bank as a design-build project, according to senior project manager Dustin Hemsworth. “We do have some consultants; however, we are the designers,” he said, declining to disclose the structural, civil, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers the Federal team manages. Sarah Bird, executive assistant at Bank of Billings, said the new branch is expected to provide increased visibility and better traffic flow. It will feature two drive-thru lanes and a new interactive teller machine, plus three offices. According to its website, the Bank of Billings was established 134 years ago and has a branch each in Marionville and Billings.
