Project description: Baillie Diesel co-owner Amy Greenway said the service and repair shop is an expansion of its current location at 426 S. Patricia St. She said sales have roughly doubled since 2005, with gross revenues of about $1.9 million, feeding the need for a new facility. The shop specializes in services designed to improve the performance of pick-up trucks. The new facility features a tinted glass storefront, aluminum checker-plate feature panels as wall coverings and a canopy design feature that protects the storefront from the sun, according to project manager Lowell Thomas of Rich Kramer Construction.
