Project description: This will be the third Back Yard Burgers restaurant in Springfield and ninth overall for brothers Kevin, Michael and Donald Rolf, who became franchisees in September 2004 for Memphis, Tenn.-based Back Yard Burgers, according to Kevin Rolf. KMO Development Group Inc. of Tulsa, Okla., will own the building and lease space to the Rolfs, though Kevin Rolf expects KMO to sell the property as it has done with several of the brothers’ other Back Yard Burgers restaurants in southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas.
