Project description: This commercial office/warehouse building is configured to house eight bays, but owner and developer Greg Postma said the multipurpose space can be divided a number of ways to meet the need of a tenant. Garage doors and loading docks at the back of the building will facilitate use by companies with equipment or product that needs to be stored, said Postma, who also owns B&B Insulation LLC in Clever. While tenant interest has been strong, he said no contracts are signed yet. It is now being infilled.
