Project description: This condominium project is designed for adults 55 years of age and older. It consists of two buildings, comprising 14 single-level homes, and a clubhouse, according to owner and developer Teresa Hall of Hall Investments. The units will rent for approximately $1,500 per month, which includes a noon meal on weekdays, landscaping maintenance, snow removal, facility maintenance, cable, utilities and trash pickup services. HBH is the mechanical engineer for the project, Mettemeyer is the structural engineer and Friesen is the civil engineer for the project.
