Project description: Fort Worth, Texas-based developer OZH LLC is building a standalone store in a new design for Four State Wireless LLC, an AT&T authorized dealer. Mike Mellinger of Mellinger Commercial LLC, a registered agent for Four State Wireless and the property broker on this deal, said the retailer operates roughly 25 stores in Missouri and Kansas. Project architect James O’Donnell said the nearly 3,000-square-foot wood frame building features brick and an exterior insulation finishing system. O’Donnell said he has worked on three stores for OZH and could design up to 50 as AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) brings the new concept across Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas.
