Project description: The 53,000-square-foot addition to Associated Electric Cooperative’s Springfield office consists of two stories and a basement, said Stephen Telscher, project manager at Sapp Design, making room for executive offices, training and meeting rooms and engineers’ workstations. Conference and meeting rooms will be located on each floor. Telscher said the building was designed to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-Silver certification.
