Project Description: This is the second full-service branch Morelock-Ross has built to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards for Arvest Bank. Morelock-Ross Assistant Project Manager Andy Ross said the company aims to recycle 75 percent of the waste generated during construction. He also said the building would have brick and an energy-saving exterior insulating finishing system. Arvest operates a LEED-Gold certified branch at the intersection of Chestnut Expressway and National Avenue, completed in July, as well as a LEED-Gold certified branch in Fayetteville, Ark.
