Project description: Morelock-Ross Builders project manager David Ross said the new construction is located east of American Tire’s current 60,000-square-foot distribution facility, 2727 N. Oak Grove Ave. in the North Creek Business Park. He said the building is designed with precast concrete, 15 dock doors and 4,000 square feet of office space. American Tire Distributors General Manager Andrew Stapp said the new building would effectively double the company’s storage capacity because of its height. Commercial real estate broker and developer Tom Rankin – through development company NC1 LLC – is building the property for American Tire, which has signed a long-term lease with Rankin, according to Stapp, who declined to disclose lease terms.
