Project description: American Family Insurance agent Chuck Chalender plans to relocate his offices this summer to half of this 2,800-square-foot building. The remaining 1,400 square feet is available for lease, as is a second 3,000-square-foot structure also developed by Chalender. Chalender is principal owner of C.B.C. Sales Inc. and Dos Amigos LLC, the developing entities. Jeff Childs of Rankin Company is leasing agent of the new lease space. Chalender, who sells auto, home, health, life and commercial insurance, currently leases office space at Savannah Square.
