Project description: Robert Mitchals, an American Family Insurance agent of 12 years, is this project’s owner, developer and anchor tenant. His insurance office will occupy 2,000 square feet, and he’ll lease the remainder for $12.50, triple net. The space will be available for office, medical or retail uses May 1, but the leasing agent hasn’t been chosen yet. Mitchals said his “Old World, French country” design uses 100-year-old bricks from a feed mill in Kansas and other reclaimed materials. Mitchals’ American Family office is moving from 3816 W. Chestnut Expressway.
