Currently, Phase I and Phase II, which comprise a church building connected to a parish hall, is under way. An educational center in Phase III is not yet scheduled for construction, Simmons said. The church is being built with an entryway below a 55-foot stone bell tower. The chapel has space to accommodate 240 people and an overflow room for 90, Simmons said. The parish hall, equipped with a commercial kitchen, is designed to hold up to 300 people, Simmons said.
