Project description: Attorney Aaron Sachs is adding three stories to the roughly 35,000-square-foot office building he owns through Sachs Real Properties LLC. Property manager Shannon Cape said Aaron Sachs & Associates plans to occupy the third floor and 20 percent of the 8,000-square-foot second floor. There will be covered parking on the ground level. Cape said the rest of the second floor will be leased, but no tenants have been secured. Mike Fusek of Sperry Van Ness/Rankin Co. is the commercial agent in charge of leasing the property, according to Cape. Tenants of the existing structure include The Whitlock Co. and Regions Bank.
