Size: There are two buildings in this project. Building A (pictured) consists of 4,500 square feet, and Building B is 11,948 square feet.

Estimated construction cost: For the entire project, total construction cost is approximately $628,000.

Description of project: This project, which is unofficially called Chestnut properties, has two separate structures. Building A has two sections one is 3,000 square feet, and the other is 1,500 square feet. Flintco Construction and Joel Chamberlain Architects have leased office space in Building A. Building B, which is located behind Building A, will have office and warehouse space available for lease.

Estimated completion date: Building A is scheduled to be completed July 20. Building B should be finished by the end of August.
