Project description: Finley Homes project manager Jason Finley said the apartment complex would comprise 37 two-bedroom, two-bath units. Finley said the apartments, designed for young professionals and college students, feature a common workout room and a courtyard. At Home Real Estate Services of Southwest MO is leasing the apartments for 1200 Walnut LLC owner Gary Fenton of Gary Fenton CPA PC. The monthly lease rate is $850, and interior amenities include trash service, Internet, vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, according to AtHomeHere.com. The complex, Finley said, replaces five residential structures that were on the 2.3-acre lot.
