Description of project: The First Financial building is an example of one of the latest trends in commercial development the company's seven employees and financial services operation will occupy 3,500 square feet of the building, and the remaining space will be offered for lease. The Colonial-style professional office building will feature individual offices, as well as a large open area for the administrative staff, a large seminar and training room, and a patio at the rear of the building, said First Financial Marketing Manager Maneta Kimball.
