Description of project: The new home of the Young & Company Advertising Agency, which celebrated its 25th anniversary last year, will feature a maintenance-free brick-and-stucco exterior, an all-metal roof and landscaping by Wickman Gardens. A vaulted entry foyer leads to the reception area, and the creative department features a vaulted ceiling with skylight. The structure incorporates a number of architectural aspects with a contemporary flair and features 15 individual offices, a large, 15-by-22-foot conference room with double doors and a break room designed with a diner motif, according to owner Tom Young. With an eye to future growth, Young said he also has first right of refusal on an adjacent piece of land which would allow him to double the size of the building if expansion becomes necessary.
