Description of Project: The new facility will be a full-service location featuring lending, new accounts, safe deposit boxes, two drive-through lanes, an ATM drive-through lane and a walk-up cash machine, according to credit union spokesperson Diane Mammorella. Within five years the facility will expand to 12,000 square feet and five drive-through lanes, plus the drive-through and walk-up ATMs. With the completion of the second phase, Postal Federal will move its headquarters from its 1983 E. Seminole location to the new building, which will be the credit union's fifth location. The sale of the site was handled through R.B. Murray Co.
