Description of project: This all-glass building features terra-cotta stone accents on the ends and at the entry, a metal roof and "what we hope will be the nicest lobby in Springfield," according to owner Damian Sinclair. The new facility will house Sinclair's executive office space, lending services and accounting operations. Plans for the grounds encompass extensive landscaping, including a pond, terracing and trees.
