Description of project: This project is a new facility for Wildcat Materials, which will relocate from its current facility at 2040 E. Trafficway when the new building is complete. The site, which is served with a new railroad spur for material delivery to the site, will consist of a sales area, office and warehouse. A second building for storage is also planned.
