Description of project: Three buildings are included in this project. Each building will house apartments that will be available to faculty and students at the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. Each building will include four 600-square-foot single-bedroom apartments, as well as four 900-square-foot, two bedroom apartments. The apartments will be equipped with washers, dryers and major appliances. All units meet ADA accessibility requirements; some have been customized especially for students with disabilities. Each apartment will have a patio area or a balcony, and a storage closet for bicycles, barbecue grills or other items.|ret||ret||tab|
