Project description: Springfield attorney Sam F. Hamra Jr. is moving his law offices and corporate operations into this two-story office building. Hamra Enterprises will occupy approximately 14,000 square feet on the first floor and the second floor's 13,000 square feet will be leased. Rankin Company is the Realtor and Ozark Bank provided the financing for the project. Hamra Enterprises, currently located in Corporate Centre, is comprised of Wendy's Missouri Inc., James River Inns LLC, SJH Inns LP, Chicago Bread LLC, Boston Bread LLC and Jade Properties LLC.
