Project description: Signature Bank is expanding the real estate and mortgage department of its South Campbell Avenue branch. The new space allows the existing department room to grow, according to Jan Baumgartner, senior vice president. Julie Barker, senior vice president of real estate lending, has a real estate and construction lending staff of 14. "There will be some (staff) expansion once we get into the building," Baumgartner said. The lending department now operates from a temporary office at 1354 E. Kingsley, Ste. D.
