Here’s a floral drink that’s bursting with the flavors and aromas of spring.

Ingredients
1 part pear vodka
1 part elderflower liqueur
1 part ginger ale

For garnish
Superfine sugar
Edible flower

Preparation
1. Sugar the rim of a martini glass.
2. To a tall glass or shaker filled with ice, add vodka and elderflower liqueur. Shake and strain into glass.
3. Top with 1 part ginger ale.
