Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburger franchisee M&M Custard LLC has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
The franchisee reported $5.5 million in assets against $27.7 million in liabilities.
M&M Custard is reportedly seeking to keep its 31 stores open in Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana and Kansas.
