Franchisee targets 2026 launch for 7 Brew in Nixa

Nixa is getting a 7 Brew Coffee shop.

Brandon Sebald, co-owner of franchisee Brew Crew LLC, said the company's 7 Brew Coffee location in Nixa is expected to open in mid-2026. Jared Commercial & Management LLC recently posted on Facebook that it had finalized a real estate deal for a 7 Brew shop at 415 N. Massey Blvd.

Sebald estimated project costs at more than $1 million, noting Brew Crew signed a land lease for the property that's south of the Super 8 by Wyndham Nixa/Springfield Area hotel and north of Mac Dental. The area is just north of Wasson Drive.

Jared Commercial's property listing for the site, labeled Wasson Pad Sites, shows two lots between the hotel and dental clinic. The new 7 Brew is coming to the southernmost lot.

Sebald said Brew Crew would install a modular, 510-square-foot building at the site that's similar to its other locations in the area. The 7 Brew website lists seven stores in Springfield and one in Branson.
