21st Century Fox penned a deal to purchase seven TV stations from Sinclair Broadcast Group for $910 million.
The deal would boost Fox's reach to nearly half of all U.S. households. It also would increase its coverage to 19 of the top 20 TV markets.
Seattle, Miami and Denver are among the new markets in the deal for Fox.
