Fox Corp. shareholder Robert Schwarz has filed suit against Chair Rupert Murdoch and four other board members.
Schwarz alleges the board members failed to stop Fox News from reporting falsehoods about the 2020 U.S. presidential election.
The complaint alleges such coverage damaged the network's credibility and prompted lawsuits.
