Fortune 500 company PPG Industries Inc. (NYSE: PPG) announced plans to purchase Kansas City, Kansas, manufacturer VersaFlex.
The financial terms of the deal were undisclosed. It's expected to close in the first quarter.
With $70 million in revenue last year, VersaFlex manufactures polyurea, epoxy and polyurethane coatings for transportation and other industries.
