Forsyth apartment complex approved

The city of Forsyth issued a resolution Sept. 17 supporting a 5.92-acre apartment complex known as The Woodlands to be built across from Forsyth High School. The developers are Joe and Marie Carmichael, owners of Affordable Homes Development Inc., of Springfield. They will partner with Ozarks Area Community Action Corp. to present the proposal for Missouri Housing Development Commission funding in 2008. The development will consist of 52 two-and three-bedroom units that will rent for between $355 and $395.[[In-content Ad]]
