A former Under Armour Inc. executive sued the company seeking $2.36 million in damages.
Thomas Walsh, who worked as vice president of global store development, alleges he was wrongfully fired abruptly without written or prior notice.
Under Armour has made "vague allegations and claims of an investigation" against Walsh, according to the lawsuit. He believes that "any allegations, claims or investigations are unfounded and unsubstantiated."
