Former Trump Organization Chief Financial Officer Allen Weisselberg pleaded guilty to tax evasion.
As part of the plea deal, he agreed to testify when the Trump Organization goes on trial in October on related charges.
Weisselberg, 75, was sentenced to five months in prison, but he may qualify for early release on good behavior.
