Former St. Louis Alderman Brandon Bosley has been indicted on fraud charges.
Bosley allegedly conspired with a local business owner to defraud Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance.
According to the litigation, Bosley additionally lifted a moratorium on liquor licenses in the business owner's ward. That reportedly benefited a convenience store that the unnamed business owner operated.
