The former home of a Price Cutter grocery store was listed for lease yesterday by Sperry Van Ness Rankin Co. LLC, according to company listing agent Mike Fusek.

The 50,250-square-foot property, 2851 W. Republic Road, is offered for a triple-net lease of $7 per square foot annually, which equals roughly $351,750, according to the listing provided by Sperry Van Ness Rankin.

The property on roughly 4 acres is located near Pyramid Foods' Price Cutter store at Kansas Expressway and Republic Road and Bentonville, Ark.-based Wal-Mart Stores Inc.'s first Neighborhood Market, which opened May 16.

The former Price Cutter store, owned by Roswil Inc., is not up for sale, according to the listing. Its 2012 appraised value is $2.7 million, according to the Greene County assessor's Web site.
