A former Ottawa County assistant district attorney in Oklahoma has been accused of allegedly trading legal work for sex and drugs.

Daniel Giraldi, of Joplin, has been charged in the U.S. District Court of Northern Oklahoma for allegedly accepting bribery as a public official, interstate racketeering, possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and drug trafficking.
