David Foss, who previously served as CEO at Jack Henry & Associates Inc. (Nasdaq: JKHY), is retiring from his board role at the company.
Foss is slated to exit his board chair position on July 15, according to a news release. He'll be succeeded as board chair by Matt Flanigan, who is currently vice chair and lead independent director.
"It has been a privilege to serve this company and our clients over the years," Foss said in the release. "I'm incredibly proud of what we've accomplished together – from strengthening our culture to advancing our technology modernization strategy."
Foss started with Jack Henry in 1999. He served as president 2014-22 and as CEO 2016-24. He became board chair in 2021.
Flanigan joined the board in 2007. He's retired from Leggett & Platt Inc., where he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer, according to the release.
"We will continue to build upon the strong foundation that Dave established," Flanigan said in the release. "The board remains focused on supporting the company's long-term strategy and disciplined growth, and we will work closely with management to deliver high value for all stakeholders.”
