Former HP CEO to launch presidential campaign May 4

Former Hewlett-Packard Co. CEO Carly Fiorina plans to launch her Republican presidential campaign May 4.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Fiorina will announce her campaign online and hold a conference call for members of the press.

In a stark contrast to others who have declared their candidacy, Fiorina does not plan to hold a public event the day she begins her campaign.
