Sergio Marchionne, who recently resigned as CEO of Fiat Chrysler, died Wednesday. He was 66.
The company announced his resignation Saturday, citing "unexpected complications" while he was recovering from surgery.
Among his career highlights, Marchionne led Fiat when it bought Chrysler out of bankruptcy in 2009 following a U.S. government bailout.
