Former congressman joins presidential race

Former Pennsylvania congressman Joe Sestak is the latest Democrat to join the presidential race.

“The president is not the problem; he is the symptom of the problem people see in a system that is not fair and accountable to the people,” said Sestak, a retired Navy admiral who calls himself “Admiral Joe."

Sestak served for two terms in the House of Representatives.
