Former Cerner Corp. President Donald Trigg has been hired to lead a newly merged, renamed health care company.
Trigg will be CEO and a board member of Apree Health, the company that emerged following the $370 million merger of Vera Whole Health Inc. and Castlight Health Inc.
Trigg was previously with Kansas City-based Cerner since 2002, working more than a year as president before his exit.
