Former Audi CEO charged with fraud

German prosecutors charged former Audi CEO Rupert Stadler with fraud.

He's facing charges over the Volkswagen subsidiary's role in the "dieselgate" emissions cheating scandal.

More than 430,000 VW, Audi and Porsche vehicles were installed with "defeat devices" to fool emission tests.
