The U.S. operator of Forever 21 has filed for bankruptcy.
In the Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition, F21 OpCo listed assets between $100 million and $500 million and liabilities between $1 billion and $5 billion.
The operator also filed for bankruptcy in 2019.
